This website collects only what you type into the call-back form — your name, phone number, and optionally your email and a short note — so our office can reach you. That information is emailed to the practice and is not sold or shared with third parties.

Please do not send medical information through the website. Your medical records are protected under HIPAA and handled inside the practice, not through this site. To request records or discuss your care, call 586-281-6888.

We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
