Dermatology

Skin checks, rashes, moles, and minor procedures handled right here, without a referral and a three-month wait.

Minor surgeries

Lesion removal, stitches, and in-office procedures, done the same day when we can.

On-site testing

EKG, X-ray, pulmonary function testing, and lab draws in the office — answers before you leave.

Mental health

Anxiety, depression, sleep, stress. We treat the whole person, and that includes the part you carry quietly.

Acute illness

Sick today? Call us first. We hold room for same-day visits so you are not sitting in urgent care.

If you have a medical emergency, call 911. For anything else, call us first — we would rather see you here than in an ER waiting room.

Twenty years of caring for Romeo families, from first checkups to golden years.

Dr. Casey earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Wayne State University, attended the American University of the Caribbean, and trained in England before completing her residency at Corewell (formerly Bon Secours) in Grosse Pointe, where she became a board-certified family practice physician. She received honors in pharmacology during her training.

She has owned Romeo Family Health Care for nearly twenty years and loves working with whole families — newborns to grandparents. Her particular interests are dermatology, psychology, and women’s health, and she is deeply experienced in managing both chronic and acute illness.
